edalso Cookie Policy
Last updated: 1 November 2026
On this page we explain which cookies the edalso website (edalso.com) uses, what they are for and how you can accept them, reject them or change your mind.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. They are used, for example, to remember your preferences or to find out how many people visit a page. This policy also applies to other similar technologies that store or read information on your device.
2. Which cookies we use
We use very few cookies. We do not use advertising or social media cookies, and the website’s fonts and images are hosted on our own servers.
| Cookie | Owner | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cookie preferences | edalso | Technical (necessary) | To remember whether you have accepted or rejected statistics cookies, so we don’t ask you again on every visit | 12 months |
_ga |
Google (Google Analytics) | Statistics (only if you accept them) | To distinguish visitors in order to count visits, without knowing who you are | 2 years |
_ga_<identifier> |
Google (Google Analytics) | Statistics (only if you accept them) | To keep the state of the visit for statistics | 2 years |
Technical cookies are necessary for the website to work and do not require your consent.
Statistics cookies are only installed if you accept them. They help us find out which pages are visited most and improve the website. The data we obtain is statistical: we do not use it to identify you.
We also use Google Search Console, which tells us how our website appears in Google’s results. It does not install cookies in your browser.
3. How to accept, reject or change your choice
The first time you visit the website, we show you a notice with three options:
- Accept: statistics cookies are activated.
- Reject: only technical cookies are used. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and the website works just the same.
- Settings: you choose which types of cookies you accept.
You can change your mind whenever you like using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
4. How to disable cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge or others), usually in the privacy or security section. If you block all cookies, some parts of the website may not work properly.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Google, which provides the Google Analytics service, belongs to a group headquartered in the United States. The data it collects may be processed outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards required by law (the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). You can find out how Google processes data in its own privacy policy.
6. More information
To find out more about how we process your personal data and about your rights, see our Privacy Policy. If you have any questions, write to us at info@edalso.com.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the cookies we use change. We will always show the date of the last update at the top. If we add cookies that require your consent, we will ask you for it again.
