Less energy for your hotel. More comfort for your guests.
Bring energy, HVAC, lighting, access control and incidents together in a single platform that adapts each room and common area to its real use.

A hotel that runs better is also a better place to stay
Cut consumption room by room
An empty or out-of-service room needs neither HVAC nor lighting. Adjust its equipment so you don't spend energy where there are no guests.
Spot problems and respond sooner
Identify anomalies and equipment that stops responding, so you can act before the problem affects a guest or turns into a complaint.
Keep guests comfortable automatically
Adapt how each room and common area runs to keep the right conditions while they are in use.
Every room adapts without taking control away from the guest
The room can react to presence, open windows, schedules and the status of its equipment. If a window is opened with the air conditioning on, or the room is left empty, the system can adjust how it runs to avoid unnecessary consumption.
Guests keep using the HVAC and lighting controls in the room as usual, while the automations work in the background to balance comfort and efficiency. The same logic can be replicated across many rooms without configuring them one by one.
Interactive example with sample data: room 312. If the window is opened, the HVAC pauses; if the guest leaves, it switches to eco mode and the light goes off. When the guest returns, everything goes back to the set point they chose on their thermostat. The same logic applies to 120 rooms.

Connect edalsoBMS to the systems your hotel already uses
Integrate the platform with access control, the PMS, the booking system and other management tools through the available APIs. On every project, we review with you which systems your hotel uses and how to connect them.
Once the integration is set up, the status of a booking, a check-in, a check-out or access to a room can be used to adapt HVAC, lighting and other services.
Your chain, from the big picture down to each room
Consolidate the indicators for the whole chain and compare the status, consumption, comfort and incidents of each hotel. If one drifts off track, drill down to the room, zone or piece of equipment that explains it.
| Hotel ABarcelona | Online | 23.1 kWh/occupied room | 95 % | 0 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hotel BMadrid | With incidents | 22.0 kWh/occupied room | 95 % | 1 |
| Hotel CMálaga | Critical incident | 30.6 kWh/occupied room | 88 % | 3 |
| Hotel DPalma | Online | 26.2 kWh/occupied room | 93 % | 0 |
| Hotel ESevilla | With incidents | 27.9 kWh/occupied room | 90 % | 2 |
Measure the impact of every decision
Analyse consumption, energy cost, emissions and comfort by hotel, floor, zone, room or piece of equipment.
Compare periods before and after making changes to see which measures reduce consumption, detect deviations and keep improving operations without losing sight of the guest experience. And use this data in your sustainability reports and certifications.
Start with a few rooms, not the whole hotel
Connect a floor, a group of rooms or a single system first, then extend the solution in line with the hotel's priorities and pace. Integrate what already works wherever possible and only add new devices where they are needed.

Frequently asked questions
Can it connect to my hotel's PMS and access control?
edalsoBMS integrates with access control, the PMS, the booking system and other management tools through the available APIs. On every project, we review with you which systems your hotel uses and how to connect them.
Do guests lose control of their room?
No. Guests keep using the HVAC and lighting controls in the room as usual, while the automations work in the background to balance comfort and efficiency.
Does the whole hotel have to be done at once?
No. You can start with a floor, a group of rooms or a single system, and extend in line with the hotel's priorities and pace. What already works is integrated wherever possible, and devices are only added where they are needed.
Can I compare the hotels in my chain?
Yes. You consolidate the indicators for the whole chain and compare the status, consumption, comfort and incidents of each hotel. If one drifts off track, you drill down to the room, zone or piece of equipment that explains it.
Can I use the data for sustainability certifications?
Yes. You analyse consumption, energy cost, emissions and comfort by hotel, floor, zone, room or piece of equipment, and you can export the data for your sustainability reports and certifications.
