Manage your whole store network from a single place

Centralise the operation of your stores to cut consumption and make sure each one is ready before opening, runs efficiently during the day and stays under control after closing.

Bright fashion store with clothes rails, a large mirror and sunglasses on display over a herringbone floor.

Less energy. Fewer incidents. A better in-store experience.

The whole network under control. The same standard in every store.

Monitor the status, consumption and incidents of your network from a single environment, and access the detail of each store whenever you need to.

Reuse configurations and automations to apply common criteria, adapting them to the opening hours, equipment and needs of each store.

Understand how each store is used

Link footfall, consumption and environmental conditions to understand how each store works and adapt it to its real activity.

  1. Footfall and occupancy

Analyse entries, exits and occupancy, without identifying customers, to spot peak footfall times and compare how your different stores are used.

  2. Environmental conditions

Monitor CO₂, temperature, humidity and other parameters to detect poor conditions and possible ventilation problems.

Connect your store data to your business

Use the edalsoBMS APIs and webhooks to send consumption, occupancy, air quality and incident data to your BI, maintenance, energy or sustainability tools.

Combine this information with sales and other operational data to build indicators such as consumption per visitor, energy cost per sale or each store's conversion rate.

Modernise your stores without major refits

Gradually add metering, control and automation, making use of existing systems wherever possible. Start with your priority needs and plan a phased roll-out to reduce the impact on trading.

What is your role in the building?

Start with one store. Bring control to your whole network.

Tell us how many stores you manage and what you want to improve. We'll show you how to centralise their operation, cut consumption and make the most of the data from your whole network.

Frequently asked questions

Do the footfall sensors identify customers?

No. Presence and people-counting sensors detect people without identifying them: you analyse each store's entries, exits and occupancy without knowing who each customer is.

Can I use it if the HVAC belongs to the shopping centre?

Yes. You can start with what you manage yourself in the store and with your priority needs, making use of existing systems wherever possible, and extend in phases.

Can I apply the same criteria across all my stores?

Yes. You reuse configurations and automations to apply common criteria across the whole network, adapting them to the opening hours, equipment and needs of each store.

Can I send the data to my BI tools?

Yes. With the edalsoBMS APIs and webhooks, you send consumption, occupancy, air quality and incident data to your BI, maintenance, energy or sustainability tools.

Does the store need building work?

Not necessarily. Metering, control and automation are added gradually, making use of existing systems wherever possible, and the roll-out is planned in phases to reduce the impact on trading.
